There's no Bean like Grandpa Bean! Grandpa spent a whole week with us this Summer! Time flew by, but each day was packed with activity and adventure. We had plenty of quality time for the important things like playing games and "having tea" together. We ate plenty of the comfort foods we love all too well; like donuts and ice cream. We went to Olde Town Lewiville swimming pool with our PTA friends, we saw the movie Kung fu Panda (well about half of it...the "bad guy" is pretty scary!), and we met up with more friends at the library for a fun-time play about Pecos Bill. Our grandest adventure was to the Texas Sculpture Garden in Frisco. http://www.texassculpturegarden.org/ The park houses the largest privately held collection of contemporary Texas sculpture that can be view free of charge. Grandpa loves sculpture so it was a treat for the whole bunch!
